Terms of Hire
What’s Included

All stated prices include the roof box, roof bars, fittings, and professional installation.
Requirements at the Time of Hire

A pre-authorised deposit of £75.00 (payable by debit or credit card) is required.
-
You must present a valid driving licence or passport, a recent utility bill (less than 3 months old), and a certificate of motor insurance.
Returns & Late Fees
-
Equipment must be returned at the agreed-upon date and time.

Failure to do so will incur an additional late charge of £50.00 per day (or part thereof).
Liability & Insurance
-
The hirer is responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance cover.

The hirer is responsible for the total cost of any repairs or replacement—up to the full retail value of the hired equipment—if it is damaged or lost while in their possession.

Any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use, fitting, or overloading of the equipment is the sole responsibility of the hirer. Berkshire Roof Box Hire and its employees cannot be held responsible or liable in any way.
